Cognitive Agent for Civic Education

The ninth workshop with the cognitive agent for civic education was held on January 19, 2024. The agent named Sara was created in collaboration with the teacher Marta Cepanec and the students of the 8th-grade class at II. Primary School Varaždin, who drew Sara and gave her a name. The students, along with their teacher, participated in the workshop and tried out how the created agent Sara works.

The workshop was led by the computer science teacher Marinela Schatten, M.Sc., an external collaborator, and Dr. Bogdan Okreša Đurić and Tomislav Peharda, M.Sc., representatives of Partner 1 (Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence).

Members of the Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence at the partner institution, the Faculty of Organization and Informatics, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Markus Schatten, implemented the cognitive agent Sara and adapted her for use.
